This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
